Condition monitoring

Even the most comprehensive scheduled maintenance program can result in undetected faults leading to unexpected failures. Using eMaint’s condition-based maintenance tool, you can monitor noise, vibration, temperature, lubricants, wear, corrosion, pressure and flow for each of your assets.

Define upper and lower boundaries of acceptable operation for each asset, and auto-generate work order or emails when a reading falls outside of predefined boundaries.

Enter meter readings manually or import them from a file, then display readings as a report with color-coded exceptions.

Take the guesswork out of scheduling maintenance to your technicians; assign work as needed based on analysis of asset condition data.

With eMaint’s Offline Mobile App, technicians can enter condition monitoring readings without being connected to the internet. The updates will then be synced to their eMaint account when they’re able to get online.

Integration with Fluke Connect®

Fluke and eMaint have joined forces to usher in a new era of connectivity for customers in the industrial world. Together, the companies are set to deliver ground-breaking asset reliability platforms that will help organizations increase uptime with a seamless integration of maintenance tools and software solutions.

With Fluke Connect sensors, you can access equipment measurement data via secure cloud access. Correlate historical trends and track current conditions to detect faults and increase equipment uptime. Learn more about the sensors:

Fluke Connect sensors give you a complete performance picture on any equipment in your plant. The continuous real-time data stream tracks events – including troublesome intermittent faults– and issues alarms triggered by your preset thresholds.

Graphs show trends and fluctuations during the monitoring period. For a full picture of your equipment, wirelessly sync measurements that are taken using Fluke Connect handheld tools and compare them to your condition monitoring data.
